• The release form now labels the title field properly (Release title instead of Releases)

Security and UI fixes.

• Write access is now scoped to repository owners and collaborators: instance admins can no longer edit, push to, or reconfigure repositories they do not own
• Merged pull requests are themed correctly in both palettes (the icon, label and status badge used a palette accent that rendered them invisible)
• Releases can be edited after publishing: title, notes, pre-release flag and file attachments, via the pencil button on the releases page

• Theme-aware toggles and radios across the site (repo settings, release form, new repo visibility)
• Profile README: a repository named after you (user/user) now renders its README on your profile page
